Some people tell me they think he is an "Ebay
Predator" -- Mr. Maimone claims he isn't, just a large volume seller
with a few disgruntled customers. He has used all sorts
of Ebay ID's -- when they shut him down, he just gets another. Click
Here for more information on his many Ebay ID's and correspondence
from some other of his victims.
He has been convicted of 16 Felonies in Florida,
from Illegal use of credit cards, to grand theft, to forgery, to passing
forged documents, to ID use fraud, to stolen vehicle. For full
details and the mystery of the SSN's, Click
He has quite a few companies in Florida. Click

What Should I Do If I've Sent Money But Never Got My Stuff?
The first step would be to contact Mr. Maimone.
He has been asked but does not want to have an accurate telephone number
and address made available here. So you will just have to use the
information at this site to try and contact him. I do know this is
a good email for him at this moment (8/03): firstname.lastname@example.org.Try
all the other emails listed on all the pages. Call all the phone
numbers. Call his partners in the companies listed, ask them where
to contact him.
Tell Ebay if they have been involved.
Don't wait more than 30 days to do
this. Same thing with PayPal if they were involved. They likely
won't do anything, they have yet to come to terms with dealing with this
type of predator.
If you used a credit card, contact them.
Again, don't wait too long, there is a time limit.
